The challenge:

Problem Description:

The customer can provide a space for placing antennas with a length of 250*width of 250MM. At the same time, 17 antennas (5 2.4-2.5G, 8 4.9-6G, 4 5.925-7.125) should be placed in this space, and the VSWR of all antennas is less than 2. The gain is higher than 4DB, the efficiency is higher than 60%, and the isolation is higher than 20%. The small space means that the antennas interfere with each other before, and engineers play a vital role in the debugging results of the isolation.

Solution:

1. The customer provides the original product model (including the shell and the finished circuit board), the circuit diagram of all the circuit boards, the mechanical assembly drawing and the material of the plastic shell.
2. Based on the above materials, the engineers will conduct antenna simulation and design the antenna according to the actual environment.
3. The determination of the antenna position and the space given by the structural engineer. For this reason, we define the size of the antenna aluminum alloy substrate as length 240*width 220MM, and 17 antennas are evenly distributed.
4.17 antennas are fixed on the substrate with copper vibrator structure and rivets.
5. The final antenna sample has passed the customer's actual test and acceptance.
