1. Our team members:

We have a R & D team of 20 engineers and complete the customer's demand projects within 15 days through advanced R & D equipment.

2. Our engineers are good at:

RF, antenna design and development, mechanics, structure, electronics, quality, certification and molding.

3. The R & D team focuses on three types of R & D:

Future antenna, antenna integration and customized antenna.

4.3d darkroom:

In order to obtain the excellent results required for testing low noise, we set up a high-performance darkroom in Suzhou company. The darkroom can test in the frequency band from 400MHz to 8g, and perform active and passive tests with the capacity of up to 60GHz. With its high capacity, we can produce accurate results in the shortest possible time.

5. Various R & D equipment:

With a total of various equipment, we can better integrate, measure and manufacture various antennas, including the following RF equipment, efficiency sensor, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, radio communication tester, power amplifier and horn antenna.

6. CAD and simulation tools:

In order to improve the performance and range, several antenna designs were tested in 2D and 3D simulations before prototyping. The schematic diagram and Gerber file were generated in the design stage.

7. 3D printing:

It minimizes the work of troubleshooting and redesign. Engineers can produce antenna shells more accurately and quickly, which helps to speed up the life cycle of products in the process of design, test and manufacturing. Shells of various shapes can be designed and tested at the lowest cost, so as to allocate more time for error analysis and minimize the risk of future errors.

8. Circuit board engraving machine:

The R & D and design of built-in PCB and FPC antenna can greatly shorten the development time of the project. Therefore, a dedicated engraving machine is configured for the project.

9. What can we do for our customers:

According to the implementation requirements, we can prototype all aspects of the antenna; For external and external use, the complete shell and mounting fixture can be 3D printed and tested; Rigid pcb antennas can be manufactured and tested in various configurations; For flexible applications and requirements, we can provide rapid prototyping of flexible PCB bonded antenna; Cable assemblies and connector types can be customized prior to manufacture.
