The challenge:
For the disabled, timely and effective real-time monitoring plays a vital role. Taking a disabled person as an example, the positioning accuracy is not enough to make medical staff spend a lot of time searching, and the unstable communication cannot allow the disabled to initiate SOS quickly. help, which proved to be technically challenging to develop. Problem Description:
The customer can provide the space for placing the antenna with a length of 50*width of 40MM. At the same time, the positioning antenna and the GSM antenna should be placed in this space. The small space means that the antennas interfere with each other before. The engineer plays a very important role in the debugging results of the isolation.
Solution:
1. Bangbang Intelligent knows that the GPS antenna is very important to achieve the accuracy within 10M. After searching for different antenna products, it finally chose to cooperate with Cowin Antenna.
2. A core requirement is that the antenna solution of the cowin antenna can use the circuit board as a ground plane to prevent interference from other radio frequency signals, thereby preventing damage to GPS accuracy.
3. Two LNA amplifiers and front-end SAW filters are configured on a 18*18MM ceramic chip, which greatly reduces out-of-band noise. The antenna composed of a bipolar amplifier makes its effective gain as high as 28-30DB.
4. According to the size of the space, the engineer chooses the spiral loading antenna to match the resonance frequency of GSM, and the gain of 800-920MHZ/1710-1900MHZ is as high as 3.3DB and the efficiency is 68%.
5. The two antennas were previously isolated by high-density epoxy glass cloth laminates, with an isolation rate of up to 25DB, which effectively solves the problem of mutual signal interference.
6. The overall size after the final combination of the antenna is 45mm long * 35MM wide, and passed the actual test and acceptance of the Bangbang intelligent robot.
